John 14:6
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Jesus is the Truth. Numbers 23:19
God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Genesis 1 And God said, and it was so. Jesus is the Truth, that if he spoke it, you can take that to the bank. Hold on to your promise and don’t waiver in faith. God can not lie, but satan can and does. John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Don’t believe the false teachings and idol promise’s made by man, because ultimately we see those lies are inspired by satan. How you ask are we to recognize the lies that are spoken to use for what they really are (LIES)? By first understand and then walking in Truth which we see is Jesus Christ.
Grab and go: We have gotten so accustomed to believing lies that we have a hard time deciphering what is truth. Know that first Jesus is the Truth, and then can you discern a lie.
